Company services include Cyprus company formation from EUR 950, excluding VAT, government fees and expenses; registered-office and mail-forwarding services; nominee secretary and resident-director services; and support with a Revolut Business application, subject to the bank's approval. Sumly also offers self-employed registration assistance, Yellow Slip assistance, and tax-residency/non-dom support. The accounting platform itself is designed for limited companies, not self-employed bookkeeping.
Businesses can arrange audit or review work with an independent partner auditor. Additional services include IP Box support, Shopify and WooCommerce accounting integrations, and custom API bookkeeping integrations scoped to the business's systems.
