How It Works

1. Get your business listed — free

New here? Create a free account with your email and add your business name, city and phone. Our AI drafts the description for you. We check every new listing before it goes live, usually within a day.

Already listed? Open your business page and press "Is this your business?". We email a secure link to the business email on file. Once you claim it, the listing shows the Verified badge and you can edit it.

2. What you get for free

• A public page for your business, shown in its category, its city and in search results.
• Your phone and email on your page, so customers contact you directly.
• Customer reviews and star ratings.
• How many people viewed your page each week, in your dashboard.

3. What the paid options add

• Starter (€29, one-time): your logo, a call-to-action button and detailed visitor stats. Shown above Free listings.
• Pro (€69, one-time): everything in Starter, customer messages from your page delivered to your inbox, and 14 featured days included. Shown above Starter listings.
• Premium (€149, one-time): everything in Pro, the top plan across Cyprus, priority support and 30 featured days included.
• Featured Boost (from €12): your listing takes the Featured positions at the top of its category, city and search results, and rotates through the homepage, for the days you choose. Works with any plan.

4. How customers contact you

Your phone and email are shown on your page for free, on every listing. Messages sent through the contact form on your page are delivered to your inbox on Pro and Premium. On the other plans we keep them safe and tell you how many are waiting; when you upgrade, all of them are delivered to you.

5. Where your listing appears

In category, city and search results, featured listings take the first two positions and every fifth position after that, in rotation. All other listings are ordered by plan (Premium, Pro, Starter, Free), then listings verified by their owner, listings with reviews, listings managed by their owner, and newer listings first. New listings also appear in the "New on CypInfo" section of the homepage.

6. Paying is simple and safe

• You pay on Stripe's secure page — we never see your card details.
• Plans and boosts are one-time payments. The upgrade is applied as soon as the payment goes through and the receipt is emailed to you.
• Moving up a plan only costs the difference from what you already paid for that listing.
• A listing still waiting for review goes live as soon as you pay.
• The only subscription is the yearly boost, which you can cancel at any time from Plans & Billing.
