Frequently asked questions

Is this a subscription?

No. Every CypInfo plan is a one-time payment. You pay once for a listing and that paid tier stays active for the lifetime of the listing — no monthly fees, no auto-renewal, no surprise charges.

How do payments work?

Payments are processed by Stripe. You can pay with any major credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Stripe handles all card data — CypInfo never sees or stores your full card details. A receipt email is sent to you automatically after every successful payment.

Can I cancel or downgrade later?

Plans do not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel. If you no longer want your paid features, simply do not buy them again. Listings stay published at the paid tier as long as they remain active — there is no time limit on a one-time purchase.

Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final once the upgrade has been applied to your listing, because the paid features (priority ranking, lead inbox, analytics, featured boost) are delivered immediately and used as soon as visitors interact with your page. If a payment failed or the upgrade did not apply due to a technical issue, contact support and we will investigate.

I have multiple businesses. Do I pay separately for each?

Yes — each listing is upgraded individually. There is no master account discount today. If you manage 3+ listings, contact the team after your first purchase to discuss bundle pricing.

What is a "Featured Boost"?

A Featured Boost pushes your listing to the top of category and city pages and shows a "Featured" badge for a fixed number of days (7, 14, 30, 60, or 90). It stacks on top of any plan — including the free tier — so even a free listing can buy temporary visibility. Pro and Premium plans already include some boost days at no extra cost.
