Frequently asked questions

Is this a subscription?
Plan upgrades (Starter, Pro, Premium) and Featured Boosts are one-time payments — no monthly fee and no automatic renewal. A plan stays on your listing for as long as the listing is active; a boost runs for the number of days you bought. The only recurring option is the yearly Featured Boost, which renews once a year until you cancel it.
How do payments work?
Payments are processed by Stripe. You can pay with any major credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Stripe handles all card data — CypInfo never sees or stores your full card details. A receipt email is sent to you automatically after every successful payment.
Can I cancel or downgrade later?
One-time upgrades and boosts have nothing to cancel. The yearly Featured Boost can be cancelled at any time from Plans & Billing: the next renewal is stopped and your listing stays featured until the end of the year you already paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Upgrades are applied to your listing as soon as the payment goes through, so they are generally non-refundable once applied. If a payment failed, you were charged twice, or the upgrade did not apply, contact us and we will investigate and refund where appropriate. This does not affect any statutory rights you have.
I have multiple businesses. Do I pay separately for each?
Each listing is upgraded on its own, or you can buy a multi-listing Pro bundle (3 or 5 Pro upgrades at a lower price per listing) and assign the seats to your listings from Plans & Billing. Bundle seats do not include featured boost days.
What is a "Featured Boost"?
A Featured Boost places your listing in the Featured positions of category, city and search results, with a "Featured" label, for the number of days you choose. It works on any plan, including Free. Featured listings also rotate through the Featured section of the homepage. Pro and Premium include some boost days at no extra cost.
How are listings ordered?
In category, city and search results, featured listings take the first two positions and every fifth position after that; when several listings are featured they share these positions in rotation, higher plans first. All other listings are ordered by plan (Premium, then Pro, then Starter, then Free), then listings verified by their owner, listings with reviews, listings managed by their owner, and newer listings first. Payment never changes reviews or ratings.
